Easiest peanut butter and crispy chocolatedouble decker fudge…ever!
Recipe: Crispy Double DeckerFudge
1 cup peanut butter chips 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract1 cup crispy rice cereal
In a heavy saucepan, melt peanut butterchips and 2/3 of the can of sweetened condensed milk. Stir untilchips are melted and the mixture is smooth. Add 1/2 teaspoonvanilla. Pour into the a greased 8 x 8-inch square pan.
In a separate saucepan over low heat,mix the remainder of the can of sweetened condensed milk withchocolate chips. Stir until melted and smooth, then add 1/2 teaspoonvanilla and rice cereal. Spread over the peanut butter mixture.Cover and chill for 2 hours.
Makes 16 candies.
