Recipe: Creole Okra
3 slices bacon, diced
1 (10-ounce) package frozen cut okra, thawed
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup uncooked rice
2 cups chicken broth
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Dash cayenne pepper
1 tomato, peeled and chopped
