Creamy Sweet and Sour Coleslaw recipe

Horseradish adds a nice bite to this tastysweet and sour coleslaw.

Recipe: Creamy Sweet andSour Coleslaw

1 head cabbage, shredded1/4 cup grated carrot2 cups mayonnaise3/4 cup granulated sugar2 tablespoon prepared horseradish1 tablespoon dry mustard1 teaspoon white pepper1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon celery seeds

  • Toss the cabbage and carrot in a bowl.Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.Add dressing mixture to cabbage and mix well.
  • Chill, covered, until serving time.

    Make 6 to 8 servings.

    I love the creamy, sweet and sour taste of it. It reminds me so much of my very favorite coleslaw, made by a very famous Colonel who also made great fried chicken!
