Creamy Fruit Smoothie.

Dry milk adds texture and protein withoutfat or a lot of calories. Try this easy concoction with yourfavorite fruit: strawberries, blackberries, bananas, kiwi, peachesor cherries, for example.

Recipe: Creamy Fruit Smoothie

3 cups fruit, fresh, frozen, unsweetenedor canned (drained)
2/3 cup NESTL ® CARNATION® Nonfat Dry Milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup ice cubes
2 tablespoons granulated sugar, (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Place all ingredients in blender; cover.Blend until smooth.

    Makes 4 cups.

    Note: For a tropical taste sensation, followdirections using a mixture of mango, papaya and pineapple tomake up 3 cups fruit.
