Recipe: Creamy ButterscotchPudding Tarts

1 1/3 cups whole milk
1/3 cup sour cream
1 (3-ounce) package butterscotch instant pudding
1/4 cup crushed peanuts
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar4 graham cracker tart shells, preparedAdditional peanuts and brown sugar, asdesired

  • Combine sour cream and milk together inlarge mixing bowl. Add pudding mix, nuts and brown sugar.
  • Pour mixture into tart shells and sprinklewith additional crushed peanuts and/or brown sugar for garnish,if desired. Chill 1 hour before serving.

    Makes 4 servings.
