Cranberry Sauce recipe

Have it your way – with less sugar.Cranberry sauce prepared with sweetener, that has no fat and76% fewer calories than the traditional recipe. But the flavoris just as good.

Recipe: Cranberry Sauce

2 cups (8-ounces) fresh or frozencranberries
2/3 cup water
2/3 cup Equal® Spoonful*

  • Combine cranberries and water in mediumsaucepan. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, overmedium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until skinspop.
  • Remove from heat; mash slightly. Stirin Equal®. Cover and chill.

    Makes 6 servings.

    * May substitute 16 packets Equal sweetener
