Cranberry Melt-In-Your-Mouth Cake recipe
Similar to a French clafouti, this is oneof the easiest cranberry cakes ever.
Recipe: Cranberry Melt-In-Your-MouthCake
2 cups cranberries, rinsed, picked over,and patted dry
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar – divided use
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 large eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
1/2 cup margarine, melted and cooled
1 cup all-purpose flour
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
