Cranberry Fluff Salad recipe

Creamy, fresh cranberry salad with redgrapes, miniature marshmallows and chopped pecans.

Recipe: Cranberry Fluff Salad

1 (16-ounce) package fresh cranberries1 1/2 cups granulated sugar2 pounds red flame grapes, quartered1 (16-ounce) package miniature marshmallows2 cups pecans, chopped1 (12-ounce) container nondairy whippedtopping

  • In a food processor, grind cranberries.Transfer to a medium bowl and mix withsugar. Chill overnight in the refrigerator.
  • In a large bowl, mix together cranberrymixture, marshmallows, pecans, andgrapes. Fold in nondairy whipped topping.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour beforeserving.

    Makes 12 servings.
