Cranberry Chocolate Brownie Cheesecake.

Recipe: Cranberry ChocolateBrownie Cheesecake

1 tablespoon NESTL ® TOLL HOUSE®Baking Cocoa2 cups (12 ounce package) NESTL ®TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels – divided use2 tablespoons butter4 large eggs1/2 cup granulated sugar1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softenedand cut up1/2 cup all-purpose flour1/4 teaspoon salt3/4 cup OCEAN SPRAY® Fresh or FrozenCranberries1/2 cup OCEAN SPRAY® Cranberry JuiceCocktail1/4 cup granulated sugar1/3 cup heavy whipping cream2 tablespoons light corn syrupWhipped cream

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).Grease 9-inch pie plate; coat with cocoa powder.
  • Combine 1 1/2 cups morsels and butterin medium, heavy-duty saucepan over lowest possible heat. Whenmorsels begin to melt, remove from heat; stir. Return to heatfor a few seconds at a time, stirring until smooth. Cool to roomtemperature.
  • Beat eggs in large mixer bowl on highspeed about 3 minutes or until creamy. Add 1/2 cup sugar, creamcheese and melted chocolate mixture; beat until smooth. Stirin flour and salt until combined. Spread batter into preparedpie plate.
  • Bake for 40 minutes. Cool completely onwire rack.
  • Combine cranberries, cranberry juice and1/4 cup sugar in small saucepan. Cook and stir until bubbly.Cook for about 5 minutes more or until all berries have popped.Remove from heat; cool to room temperature.
  • Heat remaining morsels, 1/3 cup whippingcream and corn syrup in another saucepan over low heat, stirringoccasionally until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth.Cool to room temperature.
  • Spread cranberry sauce over brownies.Drizzle chocolate mixture over cranberry sauce. Refrigerate untilset. Cover; refrigerate up to 24 hours. Cut into wedges; topeach serving with whipped cream.

    As if brownies weren t fabulous enough, you went and topped them with such a glorious cranberry cheesecake topping! I can t really imagine anything better at the moment. How about if you just tried to sub half of it and see how that works? I just would hate to say yes and then the brownies don t turn out good and you waste all of the ingredients.
