Recipe: Colonial Bread
1/3 cup yellow cornmeal1 1/2 cup boiling water
1/3 cup molasses
1 tablespoon butter, softened1 teaspoon salt2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast3 1/2 cups bread flour
Makes one (1 1/2 pound) loaf.
