Coconut Shake recipe

This is the ultimate tropical milkshake…thinkof a pina colada (minus the alcohol) infused with orange andbanana!

Recipe: Coconut Shake

1 cup coconut ice cream
1 (8 1/4-ounce) can crushed pineapple, chilled
3/4 cup light cream or milk
1/2 of a 6 ounce can (1/3 cup) frozen tangerine or orange juiceconcentrate
1 small banana, chopped
3 to 4 ice cubes

  • In a blender, combine ice cream, undrainedpineapple, light cream or milk, frozen concentrate and banana.Cover and blend just until combined.
  • With blender running, add ice cubes, oneat a time, through opening in lid. Blend until thick and foamy.
  • Pour into 6 chilled glasses.

    Makes 6 servings.

    Smoothies are great, especially as a breakfast when your none stop on the go, which most people are Monday to Friday. You ve added a sliced banana in this recipe. Can you make exactly the same recipe but with banana so it s a banana coconut smoothie
