Recipe: Coconut MarshmallowCake

1 (10-ounce) bag Jet-Puffed® toastedcoconut marshmallows
1 (18.25-ounce) package cake mix, any flavor

  • Cut each marshmallow in half.
  • Line the bottom of a greased and floured13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish with the prepared marshmallows,cut sides down.
  • Prepare cake mix according to the packagedirections.
  • Pour batter over marshmallows and bakeaccording to package directions.

    Makes 8 to 12 servings.
