Coconut Macaroons.

A quick and great tasting cookie!

Recipe: Coconut Macaroons

2/3 cup NESTL ® CARNATION®Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 cups sweetened or unsweetened shredded coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Blend in a bowl the sweetened condensedmilk, shredded coconut, and vanilla.
  • Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a well greasedbaking sheet.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) until lightbrown, about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from the pan at once andcool on a wire rack.

    Makes 24 cookies.

    For Coconut Chocolate Chip Macaroons: Stirinto dough 1/4 cup (1 1/2 ounces) NESTL ® TOLL HOUSE®Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels. Proceed as above.
