Recipe: Cocoa Glaze
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
Makes about 1 1/2 cups glaze.
