Clásico Eggnog recipe

Clasico Eggnog.

Toast the New Year with this sweet twiston the traditional holiday classic. The unique, rich coffee flavoris sure to become a new holiday favorite that will have yourguests asking for seconds.

Recipe: Clásico Eggnog

4 1/2 cups milk
1 (14-ounce) can NESTL LA LECHERA Sweetened CondensedMilk
4 large egg yolks
3 tablespoons NESCAF CLÁSICO Pure Instant CoffeeGranules
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2/3 cup rum (optional)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Sweetened whipped cream
Ground cinnamon

  • Whisk together milk, sweetened condensedmilk, egg yolks, coffee granules and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in mediumsaucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, for 15minutes or until mixture reaches a gentle boil and coats theback of a wooden spoon.
  • Remove from heat; add rum and vanillaextract.
  • Serve at room temperature or chilled toppedwith sweetened whipped cream and sprinkled with cinnamon.

    Makes 7 servings.
