Clasico Coconut Truffles.

A perfectly crafted blend of coffee, chocolateand coconut flakes, these Clásico Coconut Truffles makean unforgettable gift.

Recipe: Clásico CoconutTruffles

1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
6 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons NESCAF CLÁSICO Pure Instant CoffeeGranules
2 cups (12 ounces) chopped semi-sweet chocolate
1 cup sweetened coconut flakes, toasted

  • Heat cream, butter and coffee granulesin medium saucepan over low heat until butter is melted. Removefrom heat. Add chocolate. Let stand for 2 to 3 minutes; stiruntil chocolate is melted. Return to heat for a few seconds ifnecessary to melt chocolate.
  • Refrigerate for about 1 hour or untilfirm enough to roll.
  • Roll chocolate mixture into 1-inch balls;roll in coconut flakes. Store at room temperature in airtightcontainer.

    Makes 22 truffles.
