This non-alcoholic Christmas cocktail ismade with a simple syrup combined with pineapple juice, lemonjuice, lime juice, egg whites and ice cubes and mixed in a blenderuntil smooth and frothy. Served with maraschino cherries.
Recipe: Christmas Cocktail
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup water
2/3 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 large unbeaten fresh egg whites*
8 to 10 ice cubes
Maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)
Makes 4 servings.
