Recipe: Chocolatey ChocolateChip Cookie Cups

1 (16.5-ounce) package NESTL ®TOLL HOUSE® Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Dough1 cup (6 ounces) NESTL ® TOLLHOUSE® Peanut Butter & Milk Chocolate Morsels

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).Grease or paper-line 24 mini-muffin cups.
  • Place squares of dough into prepared muffincups; press down lightly in center to make a well.
  • Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until edgesare set. Cool in pans on wire racks for 5 minutes; remove towire racks to cool completely.
  • Microwave morsels in small, heavy-dutyplastic bag on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 30 seconds; kneaduntil smooth. Microwave at additional 10 to 15-second intervals,kneading until smooth. Cut tiny corner from bag; squeeze chocolateinto each cup.

    Makes 24 cookie cups.

    For Extra Chocolatey Chocolate Chip CookieCups: Substitute 1 cup (6 ounces) NESTL TOLL HOUSE Semi-SweetChocolate Morsels for Peanut Butter & Milk Chocolate Morsels.

    In a large bowl, cream together the shortening and brown and granulated sugars. Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract, and mix until completely incorporated. Gradually add the flour and salt, and mix until completely incorporated. Add the mini chocolate chips, and mix together until evenly distributed. The dough should be a little crumbly at this point.
