Chocolate Turtle Cheesecake recipe

Turtle candy lovers, here’s your cheesecake…orif you love the flavor combination of chocolate, caramel andpecans, this is your cheesecake, too!

Recipe: Chocolate TurtleCheesecake

1 (7-ounce) package soft caramels
1/4 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cup chopped pecans – divided use
1 (9-inch) chocolate crumb pie crust
2 (3-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/4 cups milk
1 (3.9-ounce) package chocolate instant pudding mix
1/2 cup fudge topping

  • Place caramels and evaporated milk ina saucepan. Melt over low heat, stirring constantly until smoothfor about five minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup chopped pecans. Pourinto pie crust.
  • Combine cream cheese, sour cream, andmilk in a blender. Process until smooth. Add pudding mix; processfor about 30 seconds more.
  • Pour pudding mixture over caramel layer.Chill, loosely covered, until set.
  • Drizzle fudge topping over pudding layerand sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup pecans. Chill for 1 to 2hours before serving.

    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
