Chocolate and fresh raspberries combineeasily to make the perfect dessert.
Recipe: Chocolate TreasureMini Raspberry Cakes
3/4 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup butter, softened 2 large eggs 1/4 cup NESTL ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup fresh raspberries 10 Chocolate Creme NESTL ® TREASURES® 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, optional
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).Grease 10 muffin cups.
Beat granulated sugar and butter in largemixer bowl until combined. Add eggs, evaporated milk and vanillaextract; beat until blended. Stir in flour and salt. Gently foldin raspberries. Spoon heaping tablespoon batter into preparedcubs; place 1 Nestl Treasure in each cup, pressing downslightly. Spoon heaping tablespoon batter over each NestlTreasure, covering completely.
Bake for 20 to 22 minutes or until cakesare golden brown around edges and top is set. Cool in pan onwire rack for 10 minutes. Run knife around edges to loosen; gentlyinvert onto serving plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar; servewarm.
