Chocolate streusel-topped cookie bars witha creamy cheesecake filling.
Recipe: Chocolate StreuselBars
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine flour, powderedsugar, and unsweetened baking cocoa. Cut in cold butteruntil crumbly; reserve 2 cups of the mixture. Press the remainderonto the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake for 15 minutes.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sweetenedcondensed milk, egg, and vanilla until fluffy. Pour over theprepared crust.
Combine chopped walnuts with the reservedcrumb mixture. Sprinkle over the cream cheese layer.
Bake for 25 minutes. Cool before cuttinginto bars.

1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 large egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
