Chocolate-Peanut Shake recipe

You (and the kids) will love this low-fatchocolate peanut butter shake.

Recipe: Chocolate-PeanutShake

1 ripe medium banana, cut up
1 cup chocolate fat free skim milk
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup chocolate or vanilla low-fat ice cream

  • In a blender container combine banana,chocolate fat free skim milk, and peanut butter. Cover and blenduntil smooth. Add low-fat ice cream. Cover and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into tall glasses; serve immediately.

    Makes 2 (10-ounce) servings.
