The ultimate chocolate and orange two-layeredcheesecake!
Recipe: Chocolate OrangeSupreme Cheesecake
1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
Combine chocolate wafer crumbs, cinnamon,and melted butter; press onto the bottom of a 9-inch springformpan. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, combine softened cream cheeseand sugar; mixing at medium speed with an electric mixer untilwell blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after eachaddition. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Reserve 3 cups ofthe batter. Blend melted semisweet chocolate chips in to remainingbatter.
Stir orange liqueur and grated orangepeel into the reserved batter. Pour the chocolate batter overthe crust.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F(160°C), then spoon the remaining batter over the chocolatebatter and continue baking for 30 minutes.
Loosen the cake from the rim of the pan;cool before removing from the pan. Chill.

3/4 cup granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips melted
2 tablespoons orange liqueur
1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel
Makes 12 servings.
