Chocolate Orange Blossom Delicacies.

A perfect treat for friends or family,this tasty bar cookie has an orange marmalade filling and crunchycrumb topping. This recipe is from the kitchen of Joan Mastroianniof Auburn, NY.

Recipe: Chocolate OrangeBlossom Delicacies

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour1 cup granulated sugar1 cup finely chopped walnuts1 cup cold butter1 large egg, beaten1 1/2 cups orange marmalade1 cup (6 oounces) NESTL ® TOLLHOUSE® Premier White Morsels1 cup (6 oounces) NESTL ® TOLLHOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  • Combine flour, sugar and walnuts in largebowl. Cut in butter and egg with pastry blender or two knivesuntil mixture is crumbly. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of the crumb mixture.Press remaining crumb mixture into prepared pan. Spread marmaladeevenly over crumb mixture in pan, leaving 1/2-inch border. Sprinklewhite morsels and semi-sweet morsels evenly over the marmalade.Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture evenly over the morsels.
  • Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until topis light brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut intobars.

    Makes 40 bars.
