Question, have you made or had the truffles you mix high quality chocolate chips and heavy cream in the microwave, then stir it all together.  Then put it in fridge for an hr.. then use like a 1 tbsp scoop to scoop it out. .freeze them a little.. n then roll into balls and dip in chocolate with crushed candy canes on top?! Just wondering if it s a yummy truffle or more like just.. Chocolate lol.  Jenny  Okay. What if I chopped up the chocolate you mentioned in recipe and then did everything else how I said, like microwave instead of doing it on the stove? Or not the same results? Thanks!

    Tasty

I did use double the peppermint extract as I personally didn’t find it quite minty enough, also substituted half of the milk chocolate for dark chocolate. Got your own twist on this recipe?
