This no-bake cake is a breeze to make,but best of all, your family and friends will love it!
Recipe: Chocolate Fudge IceCream Sandwich Cake
1 (10.3/4-ounce) frozen loaf pound cake,partially thawed
Remove cake from foil pan; line pan withplastic wrap.
Using a serrated knife, slice cake horizontallyinto 3 layers; place bottom cake layer into prepared pan andplace in freezer.
In a medium bowl, mix together the icecream and chocolate fudge topping; spread half of ice cream mixtureover cake layer in pan. Gently place second cake layer on topand spread remaining ice cream mixture over second cake layerin pan. Top with third cake layer; cover and freeze until firm.
To serve, cut into slices and drizzleon chocolate fudge sauce, if desired.
2 cups vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
1/4 cup chocolate fudge toppingAdditional chocolate fudge topping (optional)
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
