Chocolate Caliente: Mexican Hot Chocolate.

Try this Mexican version of hot chocolate.It is a sweet and delicious combination of milk and chocolatethat is ideal for the whole family.

Recipe: Chocolate Caliente:Mexican Hot Chocolate

1 (12-ounce) can NESTL ® CARNATION®Evaporated Milk1 cup water1 1/2 tablets (90 grams each) NESTLABUELITA Chocolate, chopped

  • Combine evaporated milk, water and chocolatein medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly,until hot (do not boil) and chocolate is melted (there may stillbe some small pieces). Remove from heat. Beat with wire whiskuntil a little frothy. Pour into mugs; serve immediately.

    Makes 4 servings.
