Recipe: Chinese Noodle Cookies

1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups lemony custard-style chips (or butterscotch flavored)
1 1/2 cups cashews, chopped
1 cup crispy Chinese noodles

Melt chips in heavy saucepan over lowheat, stirring constantly. Add nuts and noodles and mix well.

Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper and letcool to firm.

Makes 2 dozen.
