Chilled Cherry Soup.

Serve this sweet soup as a starter or asa light dessert.

Recipe: Chilled Cherry Soup

3 cups fresh or frozen sweet cherries, pitted
1/2 cup cherry juice
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup fat-free yogurt
3 tablespoons SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
Fresh cherries
Orange strips

  • Process first 7 ingredients in a blenderuntil smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Cover and chillfor 1 hour.

    Makes 8 servings.
