Recipe: Chile RelleñosCasserole
2 (7-ounce) cans whole green chiles, splitand seeded
4 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese – divided use
4 large eggs
2 cups 2% milk
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 (16-ounce) can enchilada sauce
Makes 8 servings.
