Recipe: Chicken Ole
1 oven bag (large size 14 x 20-inch)
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 (7-ounce) package quick-cooking beans-and-rice mix
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies
2 cups water
1 tablespoon lime juice
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Toppings: sliced green onions, shredded cheddar cheese, dicedavocado
