Cheesy Fudge recipe

Tasting is believing! Processed cheeseand chocolate work together to form a creamy smooth fudge.

Recipe: Cheesy Fudge

3/4 pound processed cheese spread, diced
1 cup butter or margarine
6 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened baking chocolate
2 pounds powdered sugar, sifted
1 1/2 pounds pecans, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • In a saucepan, heat diced processed cheesespread, butter, and baking chocolate over medium-low heat, stirringoccasionally, until melted.
  • Gradually add sifted powdered sugar tothe chocolate mixture, beating with an electric mixer until smooth.Stir in chopped pecans and vanilla.
  • Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch bakingdish. Cool and cut into squares.

    Makes 24 pieces.
