Recipe: Cheesy Cream Corn
1/3 cup 2% milk1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese2 tablespoons butter1/4 teaspoon kosher or sea saltFreshly ground black pepper2 (15-ounce) cans whole kernel corn, drained*Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
*I’ve prepared this with both frozen corn(a 12-ounce package) and canned corn, and I much prefer usingcanned corn for this recipe. The texture of the canned corn is”firmer”, the frozen corn was “mushy and waxy”.
