Cheese Fudge recipe

Processed cheese makes this the creamiestfudge ever…sounds cheesy, but this is really good fudge andquite the conversation piece.

Recipe: Cheese Fudge

1 1/2 pounds powdered sugar
1/2 pound (8 ounces) Wisconsin Pasteurized Processed Cheese Spread
1/2 pound (1 cup; 2 sticks) butter, softened
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk
2 cups chopped nuts
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • Place all ingredients in a large bowl.Mix with hands. Pat into two buttered 8-inch square pans. Chill.
  • Cut into pieces approximately 1 1/4-inchsquare.

    Makes 75 pieces.
