This is delicious, guys. A beautiful, fresh salad with lots of lovely things going on. Change it up by substituting pears for apples, goat cheese for blue cheese, cranberries for cherries, spinach for greens. Yum, delicious looking salad. I didn t bat an eye at the suggestion of eating it with fries, makes sense to me leafy greens cancel out the adverse effects of french fries, right!?
