Cheese and OliveBalls recipe

These tasty little cheese and olive ballsare sure to be a hit at your next party!

Recipe: Cheese and OliveBalls

2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Wisconsin SharpCheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon paprika
48 large pimento-stuffed olives

  • Blend together cheese and butter, usinga mixer or blender. Add flour and paprika. Mix thoroughly andshape 1 tablespoon of mixture around each olive, dipping handsin flour to prevent sticking.
  • Arrange on baking sheet and bake at 425°F(220°C) for 15 minutes until golden.

    Makes 40.

    Tip: If desired, prepared olive balls maybe frozen until ready for baking.
