Caramel Rocky Road Bars.

Milk chocolate chips, caramel ice creamtopping and salty peanuts makes one memorable treat!

Recipe: Caramel Rocky RoadBars

1 cup all-purpose flour3/4 cup quick oats1/2 cup granulated sugar1/2 cup butter softened1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/4 teaspoon salt3/4 cup salted peanuts – divided use1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows1/2 cup NESTL ® TOLL HOUSE®Milk Chocolate Morsels

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
  • Combine flour, oats, sugar, butter, bakingsoda and salt in a large mixing bowl until crumbly. Stir in 1/4cup chopped peanuts. Reserve 3/4 cup crumb mixture. Press remainingcrumb mixture onto bottom of prepared baking pan.
  • Bake for 12 to 17 minutes or until lightlybrowned. Spread caramel topping evenly over hot crust. Sprinklewith 1/2 cup peanuts, marshmallows and morsels. Top with reservedcrumb mixture.
  • Bake for an additional 20 to 25 minutesor until topping is lightly browned. Refrigerate for at least1 hour, or until firm. Cut into bars.

    Makes 24 bars.
