Everyone loves caramel corn…and thiseasy recipe makes it simple to enjoy everyday!

Recipe: Caramel Corn Crunch

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
3 quarts popped popcorn

  • Cream butter; add brown sugar and whipuntil fluffy.
  • Put popped popcorn in a large baking pan.Mix in creamed mixture.
  • Bake in 350°F (175°C) oven forabout 8 minutes or until crisp. Serve warm if desired.

    Makes 3 quarts.
