Cappuccino Granita recipe

Get out the spoons, this refreshing cappuccinoisn’t sipped, it’s spooned!

Recipe: Cappuccino Granita

4 cups fat free skim or 1% lowfatmilk (whole milk can be used)
2 tablespoons instant espresso or coffee crystals
6 tablespoons granulated sugar
Cinnamon for garnish

  • Stir ingredients together until coffeeand sugar is dissolved. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Coverloosely with plastic wrap. Freeze overnight.
  • To serve, scrape with a spoon or ice creamscoop. Place in a stemmed glass. Sprinkle with cinnamon or garnishwith chocolate curls, if desired.

    Makes 4 servings.
