Cantaloupe Raspberry Shake recipe

This cantaloupe and berry smoothie is aquick and healthy way to start your day!

Recipe: Cantaloupe RaspberryShake

2 cups cantaloupe chunks
1 to 2 tablespoons raspberry jelly or preserves
2 cups raspberry frozen yogurt

  • Place cantaloupe and jelly in blendercontainer. Cover and process on high power until smooth.
  • Add frozen yogurt; cover and process untilblended.

    Makes 3 servings.
