Cabbage and Egg Soup recipe

A quick and tasty cabbage and egg soup.

Recipe: Cabbage and Egg Soup

6 cups water
4 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
4 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup chopped green onion
2 cups chopped cabbage
1 large egg, beaten

  • In a large kettle, combine water, chickenbouillon cubes, and salt. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat.Stir in garlic powder, chopped green onions, and chopped cabbage.Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and slowly stir inbeaten egg.

    Makes 6 servings.

    Jaden this egg drop soup sounds amazing and looks so good. I definitely agree with you, it is either hit or miss at restaurants. But when you find the good places you stick with them. Definitely need to give this recipe a try! Can you sub a little bit of rice vinegar for the rice wine? I don t have any and I m preggo so I don t really want to add it. Having major cravings for Asian food!
