1 1/2 cups minus 3 tablespoonswater4 1/2 teaspoons vegetable shortening
1 1/2 teaspoon salt1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 cups 7-grain bread flour*1 cup white bread flour
1 1/2 tablespoons buttermilk powder2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Makes a 2 pound loaf.
