This smoothie recipe is a tasty combinationof berries, banana, evaporated milk and yogurt combined witha nutritional breakfast drink mix to make a tasty treat thatis great for breakfast or a snack.

Recipe: Bone-Building Smoothie

1 cup ice cubes2/3 cup (5 ounce can) NESTL ®CARNATION® Evaporated Fat Free Milk1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries or 1/2of a banana1/4 cup vanilla fat free yogurt1 packet Strawberry Sensation or ClassicFrench Vanilla Flavor CARNATION® BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS™Complete Nutritional Drink

  • Place ice, evaporated milk, berries, yogurtand Carnation Breakfast Essentials Drink in blender; cover. Blenduntil smooth.

    Makes 1 serving.

    Kid-Favorite Variations:

    • Use 1/2 cup Berry or Apple Flavor NESTLJUICY JUICE All Natural 100% Juice in addition to evaporatedmilk and proceed as above.
    • Use 2 tablespoons NESTL NESQUIKStrawberry Flavor Syrup in addition to Carnation Breakfast EssentialsDrink and proceed as above.
