Blueberry Smoothie.

This delicious blueberry smoothie is aquick and healthy way to jump-start your day!

Recipe: Blueberry Smoothie

1 pint fresh blueberries or 2 cups(10-ounces) frozen blueberries
1 cup pineapple-orange-strawberry juice blend or pineapple-orangejuice
1 (8-ounce) container low-fat vanilla yogurt
2 teaspoons granulated sugar5 to 6 ice cubes

  • Place all ingredients, except the icecubes, into container of electric blender and blend on high untilsmooth.
  • With blender running, add 2 to 3 ice cubesat a time through the center opening in the lid until all icecubes have been added. Blend until smooth. Serveimmediately.

    Makes 2 servings.
