Blueberry Fruit Smoothie recipe

A blueberry shake and fruit smoothie blendedinto one yummy beverage.

Recipe: Blueberry Fruit Smoothie

1 cup low-fat vanilla ice cream
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (do not thaw)
1/2 cup chopped peaches
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt8 to 10 ice cubes

  • Place all ingredients, except the icecubes, into container of electric blender and blend on high untilsmooth.
  • With blender running, add 2 to 3 ice cubesat a time through the center opening in the lid until all icecubes have been added. Blend until smooth. Serveimmediately.

    Makes 2 servings.
