Blueberry Fruit Shake recipe

Frozen blueberries, a choice of other frozenfruits, milk and vanilla are blended into a icey cold and fruityshake.

Recipe: Blueberry Fruit Shake

2 cups frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen mixed fruit (including canteloupe, honeydew,grapes, peaches, bananas, etc.)
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • In the container of a food processor orblender, place blueberries, mixed fruit, milk, sugar and vanillaextract; whirl until smooth. Serve immediately.

    Makes 2 to 3 servings.
