This healthy blueberry energy shake willget you off to a good start in the morning, or give you a boostof energy in the afternoon.

Recipe: Blueberry EnergyShake

1 cup blueberries
2 cups cold milk
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 tablespoons honey1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Place all ingredients into the containerof electric blender and blend on high until smooth. Serve immediately.

    Makes 2 servings.
