Recipe: Blueberry Cake
1/4 cup vegetable shortening2/3 cup granulated sugar1 large egg (slightly beaten)1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour3 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt3/4 cup milk (whole milk)1/4 cup all-purpose flour3/4 cup fresh or whole frozen blueberries(unthawed)Sugar for sprinkling (Raw or turbinadosugar is nice)
