Black Forest Dump Cake recipe

The classic dump cake, only with a chocolatecake mix and the addition of vanilla pudding mix and coconut.

Recipe: Black Forest DumpCake

1 (19-ounce) can crushed pineapple withjuice2 cups coconut1 (18.25-ounce) package chocolate cakemix1 (3.5-ounce) package instant vanillapudding mix1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling1/3 cup butter, melted

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Spread pineapple in a 9 x 13 x 2-inchbaking pan. Sprinkle the coconut over pineapple,next sprinkle dry pudding mix. Spoon cherry pie filling evenlyover pudding mix, and then sprinkledry cake mix over the pie filling. Drizzle melted butter evenly over all.
  • Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cool.

    Makes 12 servings.
