Big Pumpkin Cookie.

Great for an afternoon in the kitchen withthe children. Let them decorate to their heart’s content oncethis giant cookie has cooled down.

Recipe: Big Pumpkin Cookie

1 (18-ounce) package NESTL ®TOLL HOUSE® Sugar Cookie Bar Dough
1 jar decorator candies and melted chocolate for icing

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).Grease large baking sheet.
  • Shape dough into 8-inch-pumpkin shapeon prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 16 to 18 minutes or until goldenbrown. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes; carefully loosen cookiewith spatula. Cool on baking sheet on wire rack completely.
  • Decorate as desired.

    Makes 24 servings.

    I loved the flavor of these cookies, but they turned out more cake-like than I expected. I was kind of disappointed. I thought they would turn out more like a chocolate chip cookie. In the giant salted pumpkin chocolate chunk cookie recipe, the first ingredient is the unsalted butter, followed by salted; should this read softened?
